Data collected and use
- Contact form and information requests: name, company, e-mail address, phone, message, product concerned, date and IP address. This data is used only to answer your request and to protect the form against abuse. It is kept for 3 years after our last exchange.
- Newsletter: e-mail address, language, date and IP address of subscription, based on your consent. It is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can request at any time through the contact form.
- Audience measurement: if enabled, Google Analytics is only loaded after you agree in the dedicated banner, with an anonymised IP address. Your choice is stored for 6 months in a “tropique_consent” cookie.
- Technical cookie: a session cookie is used for the contact form to work (protection against automated submissions). It is deleted when you close your browser.
- Nearest retailers: your location is used only in your browser to calculate distances; it is never sent to the website.
Third-party content
Videos (YouTube, Dailymotion) and the retailer map (OpenStreetMap) are provided by these services, which may receive your IP address when they are displayed. YouTube videos are embedded in “privacy-enhanced” mode.
Recipients
Your data is intended solely for LES. It is hosted in France by OVH SAS. It is never sold or transferred to third parties.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, use the contact form or write to us at the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
